When you book a session or request a free healing tip, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and any details you share about what you'd like support with. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is stored as part of your client record.
How we use it
We use your details to confirm bookings, send calendar reminders, prepare for your session, send the healing tip you requested, and — only if you don't opt out — let you know about new sessions or offers. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
What a Session involves
Session content (what you share during a reading or healing) is kept strictly confidential and is never shared without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Where it's stored
Your information is stored securely using Supabase, with access limited to the practitioners who need it to serve your booking. Calendar bookings are processed through our scheduling provider, which may store your name, email and chosen time slot.
Your rights
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages with one tap from any message we send.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies for basic analytics (page visits, traffic sources) so we can understand which pages help visitors most. No personal data is sold to advertisers.
