Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session free of charge up to 12 hours before your booked slot, using the link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling within 12 hours of your slot is subject to practitioner availability.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5–7 business days. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once at no extra cost.
No-shows
If you do not join your session and haven't rescheduled or cancelled in advance, the session is treated as completed and is non-refundable.
Late arrivals
Sessions end at the originally scheduled time regardless of a late start, to respect the next client's booking.
Dissatisfaction with a session
Because readings and healing sessions are experiential, we don't offer refunds based on subjective satisfaction alone. If something went technically wrong (connection failure, practitioner unavailability), contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right with a free session or full refund.

Message us on WhatsApp or reply to your confirmation email with your booking reference to reschedule, cancel or request a refund.
